We offer daily mail pick-up at our reception at 8:30 in the morning with the possibility to bring it to us prestamped before 16:30 every day (Stamping service possible upon request).
The technical service is responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of:
-The HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
-Energies (electricity, gas, water and fuel oil)
-The PLCs and supervisors
-The central telephone system and its peripherals
A large part of the center’s facilities are managed by a supervisor, which allows the remote maintenance of the buildings and a control of the installations 7/7 days.
The World Trade Center Lausanne has its own telephone switchboard system on which all tenants can be connected. The technical department is in charge of the configuration of the lines, the connection of the stations as well as any problem that may arise. In addition, monthly taxes by telephone are available on request.
For troubleshooting, our technical service is at your disposal. Regarding other interventions, we are able to send you the contact details of external companies. Our staff is also at your disposal for intervention requests by filling out the forms that are available at our reception for the changes of bulbs, storage of cables, the connection of electrical appliances, etc..
Our underground car park consists of 4 levels – including one reserved for visitors to the center – and offers you 665 parking spaces. We take care of signage of the parking spaces, the management of the parking lot of visitors, the cleanliness and safety of the car park as well as all the other aspects related to it.
Anyone with a parking space rented at -2, -3 and -4 and whose place would be occupied by a third person, can report it to 021 641 11 11. We take care of blocking the vehicle with a wheel-clamp that can be withdrawn by the security agent against payment of an amount of CHF 100.-.
Parking can only be paid in cash (coins, CHF 10.00 and CHF 20.00 bills)
Exit tickets for visitors at preferential rates:
All our tenants have the possibility of buying exit tickets from the visitor car park at a preferential rate by sending an order by e-mail to: email@example.com.
